A discovery call is a valuable opportunity to understand the client's needs and determine if Josie's coaching style aligns with what would be most effective for the client. During this call, Josie engages in a purposeful conversation to explore the client's goals, challenges, and expectations. It is a collaborative and exploratory process where both parties get to know each other better.
